Topanga Software was founded in 1996 by Timothy John Peters. Timothy received a BA (1983) in Accounting and a BS (1983) in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan and a MS (1984) and Ph.D. (1988) in Electrical Engineering from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan. He has over 30 years experience in computational programming. His primary area of interest is in the software implementation of mathematical algorithms.
